SESSION SPOTLIGHT:
Keynote CEO Forum & Organizational Cohesion Presentation
with Ravi Kathuria
This year’s conference program is especially enriched by the contributions of Ravi Kutharia, a thought leader on organizational clarity and cohesion, CEO of Cohegic, and founder of the Houston Strategy Forum. Ravi is widely recognized for bringing corporate leaders together in Chatham House–style conversations on strategy and execution. Ravi will offer:
- Keynote CEO Forum with Eugenio Madero
Ravi will moderate an in-depth conversation with Eugenio Madero, CEO of Rassini, the largest vertically integrated manufacturer of disc brakes in the Americas. Madero brings decades of leadership experience and insight into supply chains, manufacturing strategy, and global markets that extend far beyond the automotive sector.
- Featured Presentation: Organizational Clarity and Cohesion
In a separate session, drawing from his book on How Cohesive is Your Company, Ravi shares practical lessons on how organizations can align teams, sharpen focus, and achieve cohesion at every level.
Ravi and Eugenio's session is just one of a trio of compelling conference keynotes, along with addresses from Thomas J. Gleeson, the Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission of Texas, and venture capitalist, philanthropist, and MIT Corporation Executive Committee member Ray Rothrock.

Major New US Industry at Crossroads:
A US LNG Impact Study — Phase 2
In addition to a look ahead to November's USAEE/IAEE North American Conference, in this edition of the newsletter we also have the opportunity to share this report originally published in the S&P Global Market Intelligence blog, "Research & Insights"
In the S&P Global December 2024 Phase 1 report, we examined the remarkable rise of the US liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry. In less than a decade, this sector has become a major export industry, contributing more than $400 billion to U.S. GDP and supporting hundreds of thousands of American jobs. This development has not only contributed positively to the US economy and export earnings but has also strengthened the international position of the United States and deepened relations with many other countries.
