Dr. al-Muhanna is the author of 2022’s Oil Leaders: An Insider’s Account of Four Decades of Saudi Arabia and OPEC's Global Energy Policy. He is Advisor to the current Energy Minster of Saudi Arabia; and served as advisor to the three previous Energy Ministers since 1989; Vice-chairman of the Saudi Association for Energy Economics; and former board member of the Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington (AGSIW).
This will represent the first meeting of the reconstituted New England Chapter of the USAEE/IAEE, a professional organization dedicated to advancing energy economics. All are welcome to join but attendance for this meeting does not require membership. The fee will be $30 for students and $50 for all others.
