All sessions will take place at the conference host hotel, The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel in downtown Fort Worth, Texas, except for offsite events on Sunday, November 16 (optional) and Tuesday evening, November 18 (included in conference registration). (Offsite event details will be available in the coming weeks).
As of November 3, 2025, a limited number of rooms at the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel, the conference host hotel, remain available at the special USAEE group rate, subject to availability. Yes. Breakfast, refreshments, lunch and nightly receptions (with heavy hors-d’oeuvres) are included. On the final day, boxed lunches will be provided for convenience.
The poster session and reception will take place on the Terrace on the mezzanine level of the The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth. (In the event of inclement whether, the poster session will be moved to the Rio Grande Room).
