The conference begins on Sunday, November 15 and ends Wednesday, November 18, after lunch.

Hotel booking for conference attendees at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh Downtown at the USAEE conference group rate of $159 per night (plus taxes and fees) will open in the coming weeks.

The dress code is business casual.

Parking is available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh Downtown. The valet parking rate is $44 per day (self parking is not available). Parking is secure and covered and leave-and-return is available. 

Please bring your presentation on a memory stick / thumb drive directly to your session chair for uploading.

Yes! Login information for free Wi-Fi will be provided upon check-in at the conference.

The online conference program will be accessible on your phone. A QR code for the program page will be provided upon check-in at the conference.

The poster session and reception will take place in the DoubleTree Pittsburgh Downtown's Upper Foyer.
