The United States Association for Energy Economics (USAEE) will accept submissions for the 43nd USAEE North American Conference through the new deadline of Monday, June 1. The conference will be held November 15-18, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh Downtown in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
While there has been a strong response to the call for papers, the deadline has been extended to account for the competing professional and scheduling demands that often arise during the busy spring period and to provide ample time for all who wish to submit. Authors will be notified of acceptance in mid-to-late June.
Concurrent sessions at the conference allow students, academic faculty and staff, energy economists, and practitioners who are working in business, government, and research communities to present current analysis, research, or case studies on topics that are related to energy economics and markets. Presentations may be based on academic papers, but this is not a requirement. Presentations are intended to facilitate the sharing of both academic and professional experiences and lessons learned.
