Founded in 1994, the United States Association for
Energy Economics offers many benefits to those in the
Energy Industry. As the largest affiliate of the International
Association for Energy Economics, you have a large domestic
knowledge base available to you at your fingertips.
As a member of USAEE, you are also a member of IAEE,
extending this knowledge base to an international level.
By becoming a member of USAEE, you will receive a subscription
to "Dialogue",
the quarterly newsletter of USAEE. Dialogue contains
articles written by USAEE members, news on group members,
and conference information both domestically and abroad.
You will also get reduced admission to the USAEE annual
conference, which has covered topics ranging from Gas
Regulation Issues, to US Oil Policy, Global Warming,
and more.
As a member of USAEE/IAEE, you receive a subscription
to the IAEE Newsletter and "The Energy Journal",
the official quarterly publication of IAEE. You will
receive a listing in the IAEE membership directory,
along with reduced admission to the Annual IAEE Conference,
which has been held in cities such as Sydney, Quebec,
New Delhi and Budapest. The proceedings to these events
are also available to USAEE/IAEE members at a reduced
cost.
Membership in the USAEE is automatically combined with membership in the IAEE. The combined dues are $100.00 a
year, and only $40 for students. Students are eligible
to compete for the "Best Student Paper Award"
at the annual USAEE North American Conference and may
be eligible for the Associations expanded scholarship
program. Please visit the Student
